The summary takes a look at the monitoring and evaluation framework. This includes the outcome indicators for each of the sector plans proposed.

Outcome indicators are used to measure the quantity and quality of the results achieved through the provision of services for the year 2018 - 2022. Outcome indicators will answer the question: “How will we know success when we see it?”. The emphasis is on a result-based monitoring and evaluation system.
